I have made a purchase of ****ml or Loreal Professional shampoo from Snapdeal they have sent me only ***ml (ie **%) of the ordered quantity but it was COD paid *** Rs (invoice for Rs *** after discount coupon code it was ***), so i made full payment to the concerned person and took delivery and opened it and checked it and was shocked to see it was only **% of what i have ordered for. i have sent an email to them on the same day night i received the product (**th July ****). i have requested them to give me assurance by email that i they will resend the quantity ordered only then i will return the product they are saying i should return the product then they will check and if possible they will check with the supplier and then get back to me. My question to them was when i placed the order that time the product was available but on delivery they cheat us by sending only ***ml instead of **** ml. I want them to send me the quantity i have ordered for and what i have paid for..... and also compensation for the time i have wasted by contacting them on ********** which is utter time waste and does not get us connected to them...the emails i have sent them over the last one week for which they are not giving an appropriate reply and just asking me to return the product without assuring me that they will send the product what i have ordered for....
