I has a Livepure RO connection from more than * years. In the subscription model they ideally give few liters of water per month. In the month of Aug the machine consumption increased because of the internal tool issue in the RO(Ex: We consumed * litres the machine reading tells ** litres and we can't take water from the machine we need to recharge) We raised a complaint initially then the technician comes asking us to raise a request for replacement as its old machine and closes the ticket, so when we call the customer care he tells its the technician who decides. Then again we raise a ticket the second guy comes and tells replacing the machine is the best thing talks to review head and tells us that the machine will be taken and in two days a new machine will come, then a service guy comes takes the machine and new machine never comes. We paid the subscription model till November but no one takes care, I called the review head he said he will call back, never he called back. Review head no: **********
