This is for the Ticket # -- **********.
We never thought that our purchase experience with Lenovo will be this much negative being a Lenovo customer for decades.
I and my friend bought * Lenovo Yoga ***s from Croma Store Koramangala and Now when the situation is for after-sales service, Croma says goto Lenovo and Lenovo says goto Croma.
*.*Lakh laptop x * => nobody wants to take the responsibility.
Here are some basic customer requirement to by Lenovo Yoga ***
*) Light Weight,
*) Great Design
And guess what, this product doesn't give any of them.
Let me mention the issues once again
*) Branding - Laptop box seal pieces have "TATA/Croma" branding on it. Find the attached image. The immediate beauty of the laptop which is always its glass top has completely ruined the laptop. There is no "LENOVO" written anywhere on the top. This branding is giving the laptop a cheap feeling which easily brings down its resale value by more than **% on *nd day itself after purchase.
The BOX was sealed and we were happy when we paid * Lacs out of our pocket to get a beautiful piece of art. But what happened?
We need that branding removed completely!! or pay us the compensation. Croma/Lenovo whosoever it is.
*) Laptop Heating - Laptop is getting heated to **-** deg C on normal usage itself. The lower part of the laptop gets so much heat that you can't keep it on your lap at all. Probably the world's first LAPtop which you can't keep on your lap.
The main purpose to take *.*L of laptop and not *L of the gaming laptop is simple... lightweight and workable. But this doesn't seem to be the case with Yoga ***. It's a *.*Kg Desktop.
Ran the Lenovo Diagnostic tools already and looks like ** deg is normal?? well if ** deg is normal for a *.*KG laptop then what about gaming laptops, Legion Series, Is **** deg normal for them??
Exhaust Vents of the CPU are blocked by the hinges and making the complete upper surface heat up too. The keyboard is getting too much heat.
Diagnostics run for * mins but we work for more than *hrs ... that's straightforwardly not comparable at all and not expected from a *.*L worth of a Laptop.
The service engineer visited the Laptops, diagnosed and given service report stating that there is the over-heating issue and not able to use the product, but still, the service desk team kept of repeating the same service lines again and again.
And now it is ** days since I haven't heard anything from the service team also. They are simply ignoring the case and trying to avoid us.
I have also sent emails to their head of India operations a couple of times but didn't get any resolution for the same.
Along with the same, also posted the issue on tweeter, but they're also the same situation and those guys for last * month, just avoiding me saying that our regional team will get back to you in a couple of days, but never got any calls or updates.
Now after running behind them for more than a month, I am at the same place from where I have started and have no resolutions from the company.
This is causing severe loss in my personal and professional growth as I am not able to deliver the works to my clients for which reason, I bought this * and a half lakh rupees product.
