I ordered a laptop (dell inspiron ** **** costing me approx rs *****) from the official dell India website on **th of august ****. The order was supposed to be delivered by **th august ****, but still there has been no update about the order. Have called multiple times on there helpline number, everytime waiting for almost ** minutes after which my call gets transferred to a different person who picks up the call and cuts it immediately after, and everytime the same thing happens. I have called everyday since **th august and the same thing happens everytime. I have sent multiple emails but they have not been responding to the same as well. I want my laptop to be delivered asap or my money should be returned immediately.
