I had opted for tv protection policy. But I sent the tv back to flipkart after two days due to faulty screen. Hence I wanted to cancel Jeeves policy and get refund. I contacted customer care on October **** and they asked for bank account details. Despite giving the details and following up till now(around ** emails) they are only responding saying it will be resolved in * days. They are fraud company.
