Hello,
I have been using Airtel postpaid service from the past * years and was quite satisfied with the services too.
Until recently I decide to upgrade my individual plan into a family plan. Which very unfortunately turned out to be my biggest mistake.
I was using the service under roaming. To upgrade to family plan, I was advised to change my circle from Previous ( Delhi/NCR) to Current ( UP-West), since I had shifted to my hometown in U.P. As it was not possible to add a new number under my previous circle and I willingly accepted to port my sim into the current circle.
From the day my new sim has been activated, there is no access to internet in that sim. Customer service centre has issued a new sim too but still the same.
I filed a complaint on **th June,**** for internet not working. But no one has even tried contacting me to resolve my issue. The expected closure date was **th June,**** and it is pending even till this date. Worst of all, the number which I have added to my family plan is also having the same issue. So long story short for that too again I have to keep waiting.

Even on talking to customer representatives they have no clue and I am convinced to wait for the technical team to contact everytime. They keep asking me to wait * days everytime without even doing anything. I have tried escalating this in every possible way. I have even written to the Airtel Appellate Authority but they are giving standard responses too and just keep testing my patience.
I request you to please help me in this matter to resolve this issues at the earliest. I am have grave difficulties in coping with my normal day to day life too.
