I got my sim ported from Docomo to Airtel and was given only an option of postpaid (Rs *** p.m) for * months if i wanted to port. I agrred. But ever since i have ported the number since day * i have not been able to use my data, for which i visited the airtel gallery for almost *-* times. At first they syated that the sim was faulty, they changed the sim, then they said there was an issue with porting. I have calling them up but they don't answer my calls or switch off the phone. So i mail *** but there also they say that the issue has not been resolved, its been almost a month now....causing a lot of mental trauma and also why then should i be expected to pay ***, it should be proportionately reduced to the usage . Kindly help. Tried filing complaint on the consumer.gov also but again the site is citing certain issues wrt to login
