I orderd one plus TV ** inches from Amazon.. It delivered on *st Nov, and installation slot Was given *th Nov ****..bt after regular complain also they are just delaying it and I feel like trapped
As our return date of TV was *th Nov **** .for the issue I contacted Amazon and one plus, they assured me of providing service and not to worry about closing window as per this is delay from their side
It's almost ** days since TV is deliverd ,i m nither able to return the TV due to * th Nov close window nor they are providing technician for unboxing it
I am Highly disappointed with the Amazon service and one plus ...its mentally torcher to complain each day and getting nothing
