I contacted Kotak Bank today to understand benefits of my policy where I am not getting market standard benefits. Also, the cancellation is costing me approximately **% of what I have paid. Over an above for cancellation I need to visit a Branch and cannot be done over the phone or online. The person at the contact center could not transfer the call to a supervisor stating no supervisor is available and said I will get a call. I said I am ready to wait to that they said they will take time. After long hold they said I will get a call which I agreed too. Whilst I was on work call, I received a call which I could answer and I received a message post that, that my query is resolved. This is a serious sham. Call Reference Reference number: ********
