Duped by Yatra.com by charging for a homestay in Coonoor, Bison Country which has been closed since * year due to Covid, fake and unreachable contact number was provided of the homestay. We were charged for two nights and when we reached all rooms were locked,no one was available except a maid's family whom we reached out to.
