- Hathway broadband internet not refunding money for plan that was never activated ^Open

I had plan activated for Rs**** per quarter, i requested for internal shifting in april, for which engineers never visited. Suffered for a month as wifi signals were too weak in another room.
After a month I didnt renew my plan as nobody came for shifting, I followed them for whole month.

Later when no renewal was done from my side, company started reaching me flood of calls and messages, giving me tempting offers of **mbps and a huge data limit. And promised internal shifting only when i will pay the amount. I paid amount of Rs*** on May **, and kept following up like crazy for activation. Every time i reached I was promised activation in * hrs. This went for * month, i dropped mails, ia sked for refund, i asked for activation. Nothing was replied properly, only promise made was activation in * hrs.
I suffered my office work, i could not work from home, my society only supports hathway and joister, hence i had only other left to go for joister. Hence took the service.
Now hathway is still reaching me and again telling me to pay amount of ****-*** to get the activation done and internal shifting. And i am nowhere interested, They have worst customer care service, they don't even know the history of customer, and keep calling and messaging. I am attaching mails for which i never got reply. I would like to claim refund + compensation for mental agony.
