This is regarding a new connection that I have opted for Hathway Broadband connection on *th July and made the pre payment of Rs **** to hathway agent Mohd. Shahid (**********). The plan mentioned to me was for ** MBPS speed unlimited data till next * months. But as of now * days later of installation I am still receiving a speed of less than * MBPS and there has been no response from Customer Service for the same.
I have raised several complaints for the same to customer service, but none of them have been addressed so far.
I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund of Rs **** as i don't wish to continue with Hathway network
The agent had done a fraudulent case by saying speed of **mbps unlimited for rs **** when the speed is not even close to * mbps.(screenshot below)
I am further filing a complaint in consumer court for the same and will share copy of the same in my next mail/
I have raised a dispute as well with the bank for the transaction to claim charges on your company.
