I have taken sbi personal accident insurance for Rs. **,**,***/- paying Rs. ****/- as a premium. This policy needs to renew every year.
In September **** bank has debited me Rs. ****/- (Rs. ****/- + Rs. ****/-) instead of Rs. ****/-
For this excess payment Rs. ****/- I have taken so many follow ups with bank (Mr Dev) but no response received except avoiding me. Also lodged online complaint ( Compl. No ********** dtd **/**/****) but no positive response received.
Finally I have raised complaint in written on **/**/**** asking refund of Rs .****/- with interest. After that Branch Manager assured me to solve this matter giving his personal mobile number.
In june I transferred to Kolhapur from Ratnagiri (bank accounts also transferred to kolhapur) but I was in touch with Branch Manager who assurred my time to time about refund. But earlier his cell number is not getting connected, so I sent him whats app messages. But no any reply received.
In september ****, at the time of policy renewal same incidence happened. Bank has deducted Rs. ****/- again instead of Rs. ****/- (while Mr. Dev has told me that both the standing instructions has been deleted by him and I need to renew the policy personally)
It seems that after giving intimation to raise this matter with consumer forum, SBI is avoiding, cheating me and wasting my time purposefully. Ultimately this is a new policy of cheating the consumer.
So your honour, I request you kindly to look into this matter and give me justice.
