Metro Shoes I had an issue with the handbag that I purchased few months back from this brand store at Salem, Tamil Nadu and had a minor issue with the zip. The store accepted it and promised a fix time of ** days. It is * months now, I have visited the store every other weeks post the deadline and they uniformly had a single response every time as “We will write an email and check” and this has never changed till date and I really do not know as to why that whenever I went the manager was not available to meet.
The last time these are the exact words that the store person spoke to me.
Me: I have stood from your foot and waited all this long, I never got a call back from you manager and this is what you say every time.
Store person: I understand that is why I am saying I will ask my manager to talk to you today, he never takes any office work when he is off but I will do this for your case.
We had several other conversations after this and I understood I was wasting my time so I just gave my number and left the store. This happened on last Friday and know what I never ever got any call till date.
The same day I wrote an email to metro and this is even more worst. I know none of you would read beyond this point still venting it out.
The mail was wrongly sent to the online support id they could have forwarded it to a store team looping me in instead they wrote a mail and asked me to do so and I did it.
I did that with all frustration and again the store support team asked me for a number that I made the purchase it, I didn’t know what to say it was already mentioned in the email that I wrote.
Till date as in the screen shot where I did a follow up today morning and haven’t got any response yet.
