In the past year around in July **** or maybe before I ordered different shoes/articles from bata.in with different order ID's. At last, when only a few articles were delivered I asked them to pay back my remaining amount in form of GV (rupees value). They took a lot of time in generating & providing me with a GV. After so many conversations through their CC service (calls & e-mails), they finally provided me with a GV of Rs. ***/-. On cashing that GV on ** December **** I ordered * articles out of which only * was delivered & rest wasn't delivered to QA. I again asked for refund ASAP * they promised me to provide my GV back of the same amount. In March **** they provided me with a GV (* months later) after I complained about them in national consumer forum. When I tried to cash-in that GV, it showed 'Already Redeemed'(happened thrice or more with me). I talked to them & asked for a new GV, they said we have checked & this GV will work now. I again used & issue stood the same. I again contacted them & they hadn't provided me with a new GV instead they were refusing to provide me with a New GV in the sense that they were automatically disconnecting my calls after putting me on hold. I again lodged a complaint in National Consumer Forum on ** May **** & this time I will definitely drag them to court.
