To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally register a grievance against Meesho App regarding an unsatisfactory experience with my recent order. On **th April ****, I placed an order for * sarees from supplier SK HUB via the Meesho App and made full payment for all items. However, upon receiving the package on **st April ****, I was dismayed to discover that the package contained only one saree, specifically in yellow color. The attached invoice clearly indicates that all * sarees were supposed to be included in the shipment, yet only one was received. I immediately attempted to raise a return request for the incomplete order, providing all necessary details and attaching the invoice as evidence. Unfortunately, my return request was summarily rejected by the Meesho Team, citing discrepancies with the attached image. It is important to highlight that it is impossible for me to attach an image of a product that was never delivered to me. Despite contacting Meesho support multiple times on the same day of delivery, my efforts have been met with repeated denials and dismissal of my concerns. The Meesho support team has continuously refused to acknowledge the discrepancy in my order or provide a satisfactory resolution. This situation has left me feeling deeply dissatisfied and aggrieved. Not only have I not received the products I paid for, but I am now being denied a refund for the incomplete order. It is evident that Meesho is failing to uphold its obligations to its customers and is engaging in deceptive practices by refusing to address legitimate concerns. I kindly request immediate intervention to rectify this matter and ensure that I receive either the remaining * sarees as per my order or a full refund for the undelivered items. Additionally, I urge Meesho to review its return policy and customer service procedures to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. I have attached images of the received saree and the accompanying invoice for your reference. I trust that prompt action will be taken to resolve this issue satisfactorily.
