Good Afternoon All

Please look into my problem and help me. I am very soon filing a police case, consumer complaint with complete proofs of screen shots of chat messages and call recordings regarding the consultancy Trivial Chapter Kukutpallybranch Hyderaba, Telangana. I got scammed to an extent of *.** lakhs with false promise of Residence Program for Portugal.

I request you to please once read my message it's going to be lengthy but please take some time to understand my journey with Trivial Chapter right from the starting of signing the Residence Program agreement for Portugal till date November ****.

In the month of March on Instagram I saw Trivial Chapter advertisement for Portugal which was very attractive. I called up on the given number and spoke to one person by the name Amreen from Hyderabad branch she explained the whole process in a very attractive way and connected me to another person her name is Nirupama who identifies herself as Vice President for Trivial Chapter in Hyderabad Kukutpally branch. But sorry to say everyone feels this person Nirupama very easily misleads candidates just to enroll them to reach her monthly target for enrollment. It's just not my opinion but opinion from a lot of us from Hyderabad candidates and other candidates from other states who got in touch with Nirupama during their process. This lady Nirupama is very unprofessional doesn't really know what is "Honesty" how important it is to be transparent in every minute thing when enrolling candidates. Very dishonest she is.


 I visited their Kukutpally branch and spoke to this lady Nirupama before paying my first * lakh. And also saw lot of successful immigration videos testimonials from Trivial Chapter on youtube channel. I also attended they zoom session in which hire team of Trivial Chapter were so convincing about this Portugal Residence Program the ample job opportunities. After this I was thoroughly convinced that yes Trivial Chapter is the best consultancy who can help me fulfill my desire to move abroad and work and settle in a beautiful country like Portugal for a better quality of life.

So I told both these ladies Amreen and Nirupama give me * month time my passport expired after renewal I shall apply. But both these females said for signing agreement or to start the process or to get NIF(Portugal Indentification number) you don't need renewed passport you can apply on expired passport because new passport is required only at the time of Visa. But I refused to apply on expired passport and requested them to wait but both Nirupama and Amreen said next month there are  elections in Portugal you never know when rules will change and we cannot give you same *.** lac offer for Portugal Residence Program. In one way I was pressurized with calls. Before signing the agreement they gave lot of incorrect information like upon successful landing in Portugal I will be given ** days of free accommodation and they never told me this important point which was in the agreement that in case of any rejection some percentage would be deducted on my full *.** lakhs and rest would be refunded. All these things were never told to me because they assured me that ***% sure Residence Program because we are charging extra *.** lakhs for something called Profiling where they bridge the gap in your work experience as we have tie up with *rd party companies who will show valid work experience. Trusting Trivial Chapter thoroughly in March on **th I think I made my first payment of * lakh and signed the agreement but after paying * lakh in the agreement I saw some changes like ** days free accommodation was mentioned as ** days accommodation and this clause which said incase if visa rejection Trivial Chapter will deduct a certain amount and refund. I was surprised as all this wasn't told in first place and now i already paid * lakh so I cannot do much about it so I was still OK with these little changes because I thought probably these two ladies Amreen and Nirupama might have forgotten and I shouldn't make this a big issue as it is by then I had already paid my first * lakh to start the process but I really felt even this information was suppose to be given to me before I made my first payment so I could have decided whether to start the process or no.

After getting my New passport these two ladies told me the next step was to apply for Portugal NIF number which is something like PAN number we have in India, SSN number in US. NIF was an identification number which was mandate to proceed further with process after a month or so I got Portugal NIF and this person Nirupama messaged saying * lakh payment need to be done for NIF number handover and sent an email stating the same. So I paid * lakh and got my NIF number and I was happy things were going smoothly. But in a weeks time I saw a lot of youtubers were making videos on Youtube that Portugal immigration is closing down and the same information was there all over Google. So I immediately called Amreen and told her this so she said that's all fake don't believe Youtube channels they all do it for views they need content and your Portugal process is going smoothly so dont worry. But still I had doubts and messaged Nirupama from Trivial Chapter who claims to be Vice President at Hyderabad branch expressing the same. So she too replied me saying till now we didn't get any update about immigration getting closed and more over you shouldn't worry at all because you got your NIF number it's your Pan number your SSN number your legal identification for Portugal and these new changes is not applicable for people like you who received NIF number these changes will not affect you your application is going well and asked me to pay the next installment to proceed further so the next day I deposited a payment of *,**,*** Rs. Which included the *.** lakhs towards profiling to bridge that work experience gap to make profile strong and that *.** lakh was non refundable to which I agreed and and another * lakh which I had to pay Trivial Chapter so they can use my * lakh towards my monthly salary and for next * months i should keep re-redepositing the same * lakh to show my work status that I am employed by some Zap Resorts Hotel and earning * lakh rupees a month. So every month i would withdraw some money and again redeposit the same * lakh towards my next month salary( rotating that * lakh). They said we just need to show * months salary only * months profiling is required but in my case Trivial Chapter made me redeposit not * salaries but * salaries, upto * pay rolls completed till November. They told me they have tie up with registered *rd party who's work experience letter is valid and that would bridge the gap in my career and my profile would be strong and no chance of rejection. In August I was told now soon Visa date will be fixed so pay your next installment as per agreement before Visa fees **,*** Rs. So on August **th I paid **,*** before Visa fees. From there these people connected me to another lady from Trivial Chapter who identifies herself as Trivial Chapter Visa expert her name is Mahalakshmi and every month I would ask her when will my Visa date will be booked??? How long should I run this salary???? So every time she comes up with different stories like Visa dates not available( which is totally wrong because when checked on VFS global dates were available) then again next month they say we need your bank statement, property documents etc which I sent, again next month they ask what do your parents do are they working can you provide us your father's passbook since he gets pension. My question is what my **yr old retired father's pension credited a/c passbook has to do with me getting Visa??????. Again the following month I asked her how much more time for Visa so this lady Mahalakshmi from Trivial Chapter team gave another unique excuse saying that now its holiday season lot of traveller's during this holiday season and there is a chance of high rejection for first time travellers they will question you why are you travelling????? I was surprised and really didn't understand why so many stories in first place why will Visa officials question me when I am going on a Residence Program and when I am fulfilling all the necessary required steps???? Then why should there be any rejection????? Before signing the contract I was told everything will be taken care in such a way there will be no Visa rejection that's the reason we Trivial Chapter is charging *.** lakhs extra for profiling to build a strong profile. But now after paying more than * lakhs I am getting to hear all these stories.

Again in the month of August Amreen called up and said it is FYI not compulsory our head office has asked all the branches in Trivial Chapter to inform the existing clients that we are now doing process even for Spain. Would you be interested????. So I agreed to Spain because Spain and Portugal are just few hours apart in distance and Spain too is equally a good country and ranks as one of the powerful passport so I happily agreed. But now last week November Amreen called up saying since you said any country is OK there are lot of great opportunities in Greece, I didnt say Ok to any country nor OK to Greece I said Ok to Spain or Portugal I have full proof call record. So she started explaining the benefits of moving to Greece in a attractive way the way she explained me about Portugal. She said the initial salary in Greece is *,*** Euros after * months it will be increased to **** Euros and every * months **% hike and yearly promotion etc which I didn't believe at all and and she said most importantly you will go on a D visa which is Work Visa, no interview direct appointment frim company and it's a best option compared to Portugal where as Portugal is just a Schengen Visit Visa( I was surprised now after * months I was told its a Schengen Tourist Visa not a PR program) I also received an email saying to redeposit * lakh again towards *th salary, *th payroll it seems till my Visa date at VFS Global gets finalized I should keep re-depositing * lakh every month without fail. Before the contract was signed I was told * months payroll profiling is needed, after signing contract they said after elections government changed in Portugal now its not * months profiling we have to do * months profiling but in reality till date i completed * months profiling. I really felt I was misled completely every time new things are said. I agreed for this entire process *.** lakhs because they said it's Portugal Residence Program , why would I agree for a Schengen Tourist Visa in first place for such high amount of *.** lakhs?????? If I wanted a Schengen Tourist Visa there are so many consultancies who are giving you in less than * lakh. I agreed for this program because I was told it is a PR program as such the fees is *.** lakhs. So after Amreen explaining about Greece for a second I thought may be Greece is a good opportunity the way Amreen told about the salary, **% hike every * months, it's D visa, no job interview direct job offer letter, free food, free accommodation, direct PR after *yrs and Citizenship in *yrs etc I am not lying I have every proof screen shots and call recordings. I said OK but I never signed any agreement. After disconnecting the call I had discussed with my family and they said no Greece isn't a good choice just go with your Portugal contract as promised initially. So within an hour I immediately called Amreen but she didn't answer my call so I sent her message saying I want to go with Portugal as per agreement not Greece but by then I got a new email from Trivial Chapter with Greece agreement ask*ng me to sign and that agreement was next level lies I can say. Which mentioned received *.** lakhs for Greece and with surprising new terms and conditions. Later that day evening one person by name Bhisan from Finance team he called up and I told him I am not OK with Greece so now he gives me another choice PR to Italy Country. And now again he tells me more surprising points like if you come to Italy you should arrange funds for your survival till you get job atleast be ready to come to Italy with * months money in your pocket. But if you choose Greece you will have job immediately with free food, accommodation. And on the other hand Amreen sent a WhatsApp message saying Portugal is Shut down no immigration happening.

So I asked Trivial Chapter to tell me who's fault it is????? Is it my fault after paying * lakh plus rupees I am told all this????. When I paid the first * lakh towards agreement that time only * months back itself I was the first one to tell Trivial Chapter that its all over Google and Youtube is filled with news that Portugal immigration is closing but you people said it was fake news and did not paid attention to my concern and convinced me it wasn't true my Portugal PR program was going smoothly.

So now I am suffering with these emails containing offers above offers if not one country then another country. But as per my agreement I signed up ONLY FOR PORTUGAL RESIDENCE PROGRAM not any other country. So if Portugal immigration has stopped than I am not willing to go to any country where ever Trivial Chapter wants to push me. I have every right to get back my full refund. I cannot lose my hard earned money.



Whatever unhappiness and suffering I expressed is ***% true. I can provide every screen shot and call recordings.

Yesterday I sent email to Trivial Chapter Global team and Trivial Chapter Legal team and Trivial Chapter's CEO expressing the same problem I am facing but non replied back. I am proceeding legally and want such scammers should be punished severly who got habituated for easy living on others hard earned money. I really don't wish this to happen to others. Nobody deserves to be treated wrong. I request you all to please help me.
