Unsatisfactory product and Service for your End
With feeling very unsatisfactory by your product & service, I am writing this mail. I have purchased your product: window ac on dated: **-**-**** from star cool home opp central jail firozpur punjab registered mobile number is ********** (For more detail soft-copy of Invoice/ Order Receipt has enclosed with this mail).
This Product isn’t giving proper cooling and many-times I have registered Complaint on your call center (**** *** ****). I have placed complaint on dated:apr **th, **** ,apr **st **** and apr **nd and **rd **** even email you at customerservice@daikinindia.com but my problem is still not resolved. I am feeling such fool while purchased this product. I have other company’s Air conditioners also ( sharp purchase in **** and mitsubishi purchased in ****) in my House and from many years I am using these product and there services with very satisfactory results. Acc to company policy this product is out of warranty but is it good for any company especially daikin that gas problem arise after * years .After purchasing daikin ac on **/**/**** i recommend my brother deepanker to buy same ac .he bought same ac on may **** and problem of his ac also arise within waranty period (you can check your data) .two technical person’s had came twice at my house to rectify/ resolve this problem apr **th, ****and apr **th, ****) but I haven’t received any satisfactory solution through those technical attendant as they said gas leakage in ac which happen due to environmental issue you have to pay **** rs.why environmental issue not happen in other ac in my house.if gas problem arise after two summer why someone buy new ac i again approch to customer care on ** nd and ** rd he assured me that our senior manager communicated with you and he gave me a fake assurance .no senior manager call i received.My daughter in law nancy even request to branch manager inderjeet ludhiana he says rudely to her i am not company owner your product is out of warranty never call me again.I have to solve other complaints.Sir I am valuable customer of yours if you want this faith be continues than kindly replace this ac with new one as filling gas is not permanent solution.This problem may arise again within month or *-* month.
Now, this is my humble request to you to resolve my problem permanentlly by replacing this daikin window ac with new one.if problem is not solved by you i never recommend my relatives and friends to buy daikin ac. .I am also highly reputed person of my area , forcibly i will take another strict action.
