- Fraudulent Transaction on my SBI Credit Card credited to NO Broker Open

On **th July **** I received a call on my mobile at **:**pm from phone no.**********. One lady informed her name as Deepa Shukla from Shine Company, was on the phone. She was talking in Hindi Language. She asked me to register my details, name and phone number on their website, www.referenceinjob.in for the purpose of providing job and pay the charges of Rs. **.**, online as a registration fees. She also sent me a whatsapp message as, Hello sir, from phone no. ********** to contact for any help I may require. When I accessed the website, payment instructions appeared. I was trying to make the payment through my Credit Card twice, but it was not going through. Every time I was getting the message, “Payment Failed”. As the lady was on phone-call when I was doing this transaction, I mentioned her about the same. She was asking me to follow the process properly and enter the OTP correctly. While I was in the process, one Text Message (SMS) immediately appeared on my mobile at **.**pm as, “Rs. **,***.** spent on your SBI Credit Card ending **** at NOBROKER on **/**/**** Trxn. not done by you? Report at https://sbicard.com/Dispute”. This text message alerted me and I stopped doing the transaction. Within next * minutes I received another Text Message (SMS) at **.**pm as,” Txn of Rs.*,***.** on Card ending with xx**** at ola Money Zipcash J could not be processed. Please try again or call us at ***********/******** for information”. I immediately called on customer care number of SBI Credit Card, +************ and reported about this fraudulent transaction and requested to block my card.
I received an e-mail from Customer care of SBI Card mentioning that they have initiated the investigation for the disputed transaction and requesting a copy of Police Complaint filed for this disputed transaction.
I herewith request your co-operation to resolve this issue of fraudulent transaction and help SBI Credit Card Customer Care to reverse this fraudulent transaction within next *-* days.
