Urgent Escalation: Serious Concerns Regarding Skin Care Services at Bodycraft Skin ClinicI am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the skin care services provided at Bodycraft Skin Clinic. Despite my repeated attempts to address these issues with various members of your team, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. The lack of follow-up, accountability, and transparency has left me profoundly disappointed and frustrated.Below are the specific points of contention:Lack of Follow-Up for Dermapen Appointments & ineffective treatment results :It is disappointing to note that there has been a complete lack of follow-up for my Dermapen appointments, especially considering the substantial investment involved. Not only has this led to delays in my service appointments, but the treatment results have also been far from satisfactory, given the significant cost of the entire treatment package exceeding Rs **,***. Moreover, this impacted my last service appointment, when I had conceived .Unexplained Saving of Volite Solution: During my initial Dermapen treatment session, I was recommended * ml of Volite solution, but only *.* ml was utilized. Despite inquiring about the remaining *.* ml during subsequent appointments, I was met with vague responses and told that it would be addressed later. This lack of clarity is unacceptable, especially considering the cost of these treatments.Absence of Pregnancy Protocol: There appears to be a significant oversight in your clinic's protocols regarding checking the pregnancy status of clients undergoing certain treatments. It is concerning that the responsibility falls entirely on the individual to disclose this information, rather than being verified by the clinic prior to treatment.Failure to Schedule Hydrafacial Appointment: Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive confirmation of a schedule for the Hydrafacial treatment that was included as part of my package. This lack of organization and communication reflects poorly on the clinic's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.Lack of Response to Escalations: Despite raising these concerns with several members of your team for about *.* months , (issue raised on *nd Mar) including Nafeeza, Shivani, Preeti, and Maria, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. They promised follow-up with a senior doctor to assess the effectiveness of the treatment yielded no tangible results, leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer.
With all these, I have been going through a lot of stress and frustration because of this kind of cheating on my hard earned money that too during my pregnancy . I demand at least ****** as recovery and let the public know about their well planned fraudulent services at places like Bengaluru.
