Flipkart delivered * times a defective product despite it being a Flipkart Assured product which promises * quality checks. I had paid the third order for the same product through Flipkart pay later. The due date for the payment to Flipkart Pay Later was *th July, ****. While trying to pay the amount on *rd July, I was given the option of 'pay less'. I chose this option to pay a small amount on that day and the remaining on the due date. While paying there was no such warning that an amount of Rs ***/- would be added as convenience fee. This was made clear to me after I had already made the 'Pay Less' amount. Now since I received a defective product for the third time, I finally don't have the product as I decided to return it back and Flipkart is making me pay Rs ***/- without delivering any service.
First of all I would like to report the false claim of 'Flipkart Assured' * time quality check. The product came with extensive damage and there was no external damage to the box that the product came in. Hence, Flipkart is intentionally providing damaged product to customer.
Secondly, they are charging customer a convenience fee for their Pay Later service without providing proper warning when customer choses 'Pay Less' option. Flipkart must refund me Rs ***/- either by removing this charges from Pay Later or providing a gift card to me as it is for their fraudulent practices that customer has to pay extra for no net services from their end.
Thirdly, Flipkart's customer support keeps customer hanging for nearly an hour without providing proper solution. Mr Udit Kumar, supervisor flipkart customer support team, just gave me a toll free number that directs me to restart the whole process of the complain all over again. Finally, I have not received a brand new undamaged product after waiting and reordering three times the product for over one month (*th June - *th July, ****) which has now become an urgent purchase for me, their customer service keep misleading customer with false promise of resolution and I don't have the product in my hand, leading me to waste my valuable energy, time and money.
