Date: **th June **** - Time: *am : Blood and Urine Sample Collected
Reporting Timeline : *am -**th June **** (within ** hours of sample collection)
**th June **** - Evening- No reports received and Diagnostic Customer Service Lady confirmed : Samples lost and have not reached the lab. Took bank details from customers from refund.
**th June **** : Customer called up Diagnostic Center helpline - Response : Refund in progress, might take *-* days time.
**th June **** : Received a call from PharmEasy Team mentioning reports already shared (however no reports received till date) and no refund would be processed. Customer Service ladies did a mistake in informing you that samples have been lost.
Not sure even if the reports are shared, whose samples have been taken for analysis and fraudulent reports would be shared.
In the meantime, customer got the tests repeated from a different lab and paid them as well.
All emails to customer service also marked 'cc' to PharmEasy Founder and CEO - Dharmil Sheth
at dharmil@pharmeasy.in and Dhaval at dhaval@pharmeasy.in , however no response received.
The reports and orders section in the PharmEasy application has been blanked out on the phone no provided to show the muscle power of the Pharmeasy.
