I used to consider my self as loyal and valuable customer till date but now I have few concerns which I would like to highlight. I am unhappy with the service of Policy Bazaar. From last one week I am trying to renew my policy I am not able to renew also I am not getting adequate support. Every time I have to speak with new Sales representative and explain him my concern which is very frustrating. Every time I get reply, let me check we will get back to you but no reply, I always receive an auto reply that we were trying to connect you but we could not connect where as I am receiving calls from others expect Policy bazaar. Every time I have to speak with new sales executive because the person who was handling my case is either busy on other call or is on leave but no courtesy to call me back.
Last year when I purchased so many Health Insurance policy I asked for discount and at that time sales representative mentioned that discount will not be possible at the first-time purchase but mentioned that at the time of renewal I will get discount.
At the time of renewal, another sales representative is declining to provide any kind of discount. Is this the commitment level of your employee?
They have forgotten the meaning of commitment. Perhaps they don’t want their old clients to be sustained who are with them from years.
In another incident while purchasing HDCF ergo policy I asked your sales representative to provide me monetary discount as I hold so many policies of HDFC and being a premium customer, I was expecting discount. Sales representative said that he cannot provide any kind of discount and then when I decided to buy policy directly from HDFC then sales representative call me from his mobile number and mentioned he that I buy the policy by paying complete amount and he will make sure that I get **** Rs cash back, I purchased the policy by paying full amount but I never received any cashback. It is really shameful, I have lost my trust in policy bazaar I wanted to buy * more policy for my family member which I have purchased directly from Insurance company website.
Multiple i have requested your sales representative to connect my call with any supervisor but every time I got reasons like we are investigating the case and we will reconnect with you. I have also registered my complaint on your portal once but still no response from Policy bazaar.
I don't want to trouble anyone hence I am not using employee id or name of any of sales representative.
Its almost * month still my issue is not resolve I am continuously following with their customer care team and emailing them constantly still no response from them.
