I am writing to escalate the issue with Goibibo in terms of the company overcharging their clients for a specific request.
I made a booking through Goibibo from Dubai to Mahe and Mahe to Dubai twenty days back. I had to get the spelling correction for the same booking for which Goibibo is asking me for INR **,***.
Emirates has confirmed that even for a third party booking max charges for this issue is INR *,***. I also made emirates executive speak to an executive from Goibibo.
The lady from Emirates had asked Goibibo team to provide break up for the charges and also the original mail sent by them as she is very sure they don’t charge this much but no one from goibibo has reverted on this till now.
I request you to take some serious action against Goibibo for the fraudulent manner of working.
They are cheating their customers.
