I purchased this Bajaj Allianz policy for extended warranty. They charged me the amount but never ever sent me the receipt or details of acknowledgement of the benefits. I will be getting by this extended warranty. I read it everywhere they do it deliberately to let the time cross that dates so that customer cannot yield any benefits. On my repeated asking, they shared me the details and my tv developed a fault (lines and black spots on random places on the screen).
I raise a complaint their pick up guy comes Mr Jatin (so-called first visit) and tells me its physical damage and Samsung or we can't do anything about it. Immediately he asks me have you confirmed the cost from a Samsung service centre to which I replied as no (but I knew). He starts his game now. He tells me the panel costs **,*** Rs and we can get it fixed internally through his so boss Mr Sandeep (**********) and they will bear half the cost and half has to be borne by me.
Now, I already had the pricing for replacement of panel from Samsung service centre Ambala city which was Rs ***** given to me by a Samsung service centre guy (**********). Knowing that I already am aware of price now I asked Jatin okay so now you know the cost adjust it **-** as you just stated. He changed his statement he made me talk to some Mr Joshi from mandi Gobindgarh Samsung service centre. He also refused to let me know the exact cost which I already knew. They all ganged up to loot me fool me by making me pay the actual cost of panel replacement by saying they will be bearing **% cost. This is complete harassment and a clear case of cheating the customer.
He made me sign on his company paper which was blank. "Review /feedback had to be written yet" but he forcibly deceivingly made me sign on his paper just to close his complaint call. Strictly want action to be taken against Bajaj Allianz general insurance, mandi Gobindgarh team and the names and nos. of people mentioned. I want my part to be replaced under extended warranty.
