I ordered food through Zomato. Shortly after placing the order I got a call from the delivery boy and he said he don't know the location then I confirmed the address. After that, he calls me again and he said he follows the Zomoto navigation and Zomato navigation is totally wrong because it always adds the wrong address. Then he said he cannot deliver to this location. Then they cancelled my order. I also got an SMS regarding the cancellation. Now comes the question of refund. Since I ordered through Zomato, the payment is received by Zomato. But Zomato says that “your order could not get fulfilled and we cannot do anything”. So basically I will never get my refund now.
