Swiggy CEO - Sriharsha Majety & Burger King CEO - Joshua Kobza: Hello All please be informed regarding todays issues, I have personally faced this regarding you so called brand names as Swiggy & Burger King. Do you all have time to see what is your customers reviews & customers problems they face. If you all can't satisfy your customers please shut your business & stay away. This is to Swiggy especially. You all call your self as supreme in food chain delivery business, if its so am sorry your wrong this is to CEO of business. If you all don't & can't serve customers & delivery food which was orders on time. at least in the expected time please close the business, am raising my concern because have faced this issue today it was horrible & pathetic ever in my life. I have proofs & evidences regarding your service am seeing & seen. Why do we order food from your applications & platforms when we are unable to cook for ourselves we prefer to order giving money to get services right. When you all know due to weather conditions delivery partners might be available might not accept the orders how can you all still keep taking orders when you all can't make sure order is delivered or not. I have ordered food on your platform around *:** am today. Kindly read each and every sentence am mentioning. *. ordered food at *:**, received confirmation as will take ** minutes to deliver your order, later again received confirmation as awaiting for delivery partner & it took more than ** minutes, later have connected with customer executive "Prachi" again there i was waiting for ** minutes around *:** partner was assigned, went to restaurant for food pick up. Again have seen as your food is still being prepared, WHY? you all were searching for delivery partner around *:** to *:** am why food preparation is still showing as not prepared. its purely faking customers. Around *:** got message from Prachi stating as delay in food preparation WHY?. I am done with your so called fake business promises & so called attracting customers false promises. Now without food am taking off for tonight. This situation might be faced by many other customers. Today it was me an i want this to be highlighted at any cost & i want solution on this will it be with compensation or what i don't know else i will take this up with higher level if i need to. You might pay taxes to govt but don't forget your customers please. Now you all tell me what is the solution. Its hurting part even after paying amount not getting proper services on time. better please stop giving hopes to customers. If we are not there then you all are out of the business. (If you all would have know actual mean if customer centric you all would have satisfy us) More than *.* hours waiting for food disgusting.
