Details of Incident:
I placed an order on Swiggy with a promised delivery time of ** Minutes.
The order arrived significantly late, exceeding *.* hours after the promised timeframe.
This resulted in the food being cold and inedible.
This is not an isolated incident, as I have experienced similar delays with past Swiggy orders.
When I attempted to cancel the order due to the delay, my call was disconnected.
After delivery, I contacted Swiggy support to request a **% refund due to the inedible food.
The response I received was a meager coupon of only ** rupees, which is a completely inadequate resolution.
Impact:
I suffered financial loss as the food was inedible and a full refund was not provided.
The repeated delays and poor customer service response caused significant frustration and mental distress.
Relief Sought:
A **% refund for order.
A clear explanation from Swiggy for the repeated delays.
