I purchased a SAMSUNG refrigerator on **/**/**** from a local shop in Srinagar for an amount of Rs *****/- Within a year my refrigerator stopped working & i registered complaint in the month of june **** within warranty period with service request no ********** & engineer repaired my refrigerator that time. Now within * months from last repair in July **** itself my refrigerator again developed a problem & i again registered complaint on *rd August **** with service request no. ********** & this time Samsung service engineers visited twice * told me that your refrigerator has developed Gas problem & it needs refilling which i denied to do after all my refrigerator is new one only ** months old. I demanded replacement for my faulty refrigerator because within ** months my refrigerator developed problem *nd time & that too within *months. But company is denying the same same company polices doesn't allow us to do so. Did i pay Rs.*****/- for a CRAP which i have to repair from first year itself & that too within a span of *months. The most important thing is that one of their customer executive told me even if it is a manufacturing defect we will not replace it because its out of warranty period. Now i wanna ask the Samsung company if my refrigerator showed signs of problem in **th month(in warranty period) & then again in **th month (out of warranty) what is my fault.
I just want SAMSUNG to replace my refrigerator, after all i have not paid *****rs for this crap which needs repair after every * months
