I have Created twitter Account specially to show the Reality of Samsung and Thier bad service...worst service provided by Their Unskilled Engineers Of Their service centres...!!
First of all When I recieved my Phone...it was A defected one........as There was sound problem as sound was fluctuating and supressing by itself... After that i went to the respective service center Of Samsung.....so the engineers were not able to identify the problem after examining the Phone for like an hour...everything has already done by myself.....i have reset the phone...updated it..and even service centre flash and installed the new software....even the software was not installed they have consumed a lot of my time by stating that the software is downloading in their system..... So after that...!!
When i forcefully called one of their engineer and showed the problem after this all process and tantrum...they they have accepted that yes this phone has hardware peoblem....and promised to change the board of the phone...after that a job sheet was prepared as it is posted here alongwith this tweet.....and They promised me to replace its board and it can be collected by on ** of July, Thursday..... They have assured me that i can collect my phone on thursday...but after reaching to their service centre in A very hot day of summer...as july has its hottest day and heat is on its peak in these days.....service centre denied to give the phone and told me that part is not yet recieved.....
After complaining i have recieved a mesaage that Part is in transit......
So after when the part is transitted to service centre they were making excuses that sir our engineer is not feeling well....and we cannot log in his id....and Your IMEI is not done.....they were making lots of excuses....and still i have not recieved my Phone yet....the careless and Mistake is Done by the company and i am paying for it visiting regularly to service centre......so this is the reality of Samsung and its services.....!!
Now i am regretting why have i Trusted and bought a Samsung product.....and Recieved a Defected product....!! i want replacement of my phone....service entre is not able to fix my phone yet..!!
