I have purchased a laptop on **-**-**** and it got delivered on * - **-****. The product I received found to be faulty and Amazon has replacement policy on the product. When I complaint against the laptop they are not giving replacement instead they are giving refund option as the product price have increased. But I have purchased the laptop at lower price and got faulty product and I want replacement only as I want the same product.
As a costumer I just want the same product I purchased in working condition.
