I have ordered a geyser from Amazon in July ****. The product seems to be having a manufacturing defect as the tank starts leaking water. No matter how many times we get the tank replaced, the issue still persists. Tried reaching out to Crompton via email, but got no response despite follow up. Talked to the service center person who said nothing can be done other than replacing the tank everytime the issue occurs and that Crompton doesn't refund the money.
