I had Purchased the Samsung Double door Fridge on **/**/** .
After one month This fridge started giving overcooling issue .
We had put Repeated complaints but after repeated visits Samsung services is not able to resolve the issue in last * months.
After getting frustrated with service from samsung & bearing loss of Rs ***~*** every week we had launched the complain of refund or Replacement on **-**-****.
Samsung had rejected this on **-**-**** without our consent after reviewing @ senior level stating that it is out of Samsung policy .
Samsung people are clearly cheating & not accepting their fault nor resolving the issue .
