DEYOR: - UNPROFESSIONAL TRAVEL COMPANY
We are ** people in group booked for STM on ** July ****
 On *st day we got worst experience after waiting for bus more than * hrs (Srinagar - Sonamarg), communication gap between caption and bus driver. They even don’t know how many members have to pick up.
 At Sonamarg we got best scenario but worst rooms and Food in the hotel (Rats sound in room and tasteless food – Stale bread provided). Even rude intro given by caption and start argue with one of our member.
 Our bikes also not serviced properly, my bike stopped working at Zojila pass in full rain and I got another bike from mechanic (fear of landslide).
 Bike given to ride for the whole trip was faulty every day. Out of ** bikes, ** always broke down, backup vehicle delayed * to * hrs. (*/* hr written in Itinerary).
 They don’t carry emergency kit we experience shortness of breath to one of our member and thanks to the group member who carry his own oxygen cylinder with him otherwise the member will definitely suffer for * hrs till back up vehicle reach to the spot.
 Accommodation and food provided by Deyor are not as per Itinerary except in Kargil and manali. (Tent stays are very dirty and unhygienic).
 Deyor fraud with us in the name of covid-**. Missing the places and sightseeing as per itinerary every time, at last movement Hanle and Tsomoriri was taken out from the Itinerary. Also Smriti our caption are going to cancel Pangong lake but we insist and go their via changla Pass otherwise caption may save that amount also in the name of landslide.
 Few members already had quit the group in the middle of the trip (in Leh – ** people) because of the mismanagement led by Deyor with inexperienced tour captain Smriti and Nikhil Jain. We were travelling in tempo till Sarchu and didn't even refund that money (we pay extra for that even for bike transport – Rs. **** / bike / * persons). That done when we complaint at police station otherwise caption says trip is cancelled go to home from leh no further trip.
 So much happened and not even a proper response was given from the management even from Nikhil Jain (Person from Deyor).
 Very unprofessional Travel Company. No tracking or communication with the ground team.
 The Caption briefing given claims that it is an adventurous trip or an expedition trip not luxurious trip. Though it doesn’t mean that you ensure that the person faces death like difficulties. Adventure is an experience I believe. The trip give us only mental and physical harassment nothing else

 No captain lead the group after leh we travel by own. You will on your own most of the time without mobile network and someone to help at critical situations where the road is bad or weather is worse.
 Won't recommend Deyor to anyone.
I just want the extra money that deyor took or the amount I have to spend due to your lack of management back.
