I had ordered an Adidas Shoe from Amazon it cost me ****, When I received the parcel i opened and found that instead of Adidas, a Lancer shoe of MRP *** was in the parcel, I had complained the same to the customer care team and was told that by **th of october our investigation team will be completed and resolution would be provided to you, today when I called them they said we have checked everything and a genuine product was delivered to you and we can not do anything, the return policy was available till *th november but they removed the Return option for me for that product.
