am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Okinawa Dual *** bike that I purchased from your company. I bought the bike approximately a year ago with high hopes for its performance and reliability. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing.
Within just five months of purchasing the bike, I encountered a significant issue where it broke off from the battery, rendering it completely non-functional. Understandably frustrated, I immediately contacted Okinawa and followed their instructions to send the bike to the designated service center for repairs. That was over a year ago.
Since then, despite numerous attempts to follow up and seek information regarding the status of my bike, I have received no response whatsoever from Okinawa. This lack of communication and accountability is deeply concerning and has left me feeling neglected as a customer.
I am writing this letter as a final attempt to resolve this matter amicably. I request immediate attention to my case and a prompt resolution to either repair my bike to full working condition or provide a replacement or refund as per the warranty and consumer rights.
Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint promptly and provide me with a clear timeline for when I can expect a resolution. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and restore my faith in your company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
