Purchased in April **, **** and handled the mobile well and no physical damage and looks brand new mobile. Suddenly appeared blue pink dot in the display and in two days suddenly became completely black and the screen is invisible. Due to COVID ** lockdown, we could not reach out the show room (Phoenix mall) and suddenly my friend recommended Madipakkam Samsung Service center and approached.
All showrooms reporting it is a common problem in Samsung mobile A** mobiles in similar issues. Therefore, it is not the user fault and kindly look into the issue and refund the amount paid for replacement service.
i have samsung AC, Fridge, Washing machine , TV and three mobile phones- we love samsung but this time fed up with A**.
Kindly do the needful.
