** Nov **** I am purchase the mi trimmer and payment made by the Netbanking .the product will deliver on **Nov **** .I received the product and I opened to box and I used the trimmer on that time I feel that the trimmer will more hitting on the time of shaving and don't shave properly on that time i am calling to customer care to return the trimmer but the company saying the trimmer will not be returned our policies is not take the return but it's replace able they give me complaint number and seeing me the trimmer will collect the delivery boy from the delivery address and I seeing ok to them but after the hour the company calling me and seeing me to go on the service center and repair the machine i am telling to company you will send your delivery boy to pick up my diffective product but the company saying it's not mi company policy to receive the defective product from customer the company saying their policy to repair only on that time I feel like a phool
