My booking was cancelled on **/**/**** from travolook. I paid full amount mentioned there, it received and accepted. After that I received a call from Travolook asking for **** more for ticket confirmation which I denied as the prices on other sites were not changed. So they cancelled my booking and assured me to refund my amount within *-* working days. Since then I have followed up about ** times but didnt receive my amount back. My reference number of cancelled booking is REF *********. I am really fed up of them and their customer care representatives. Beware everyone.
