I purchased galaxy watch * on [**-July-****]. The watch is marketed as being IP** certified, implying resistance to dust and water under certain conditions.
However, my Galaxy Watch * stopped working all of a sudden without any significant impact or misuse. Upon taking it to the authorized Samsung service center, I was informed that the issue was due to water damage inside the watch. This is perplexing to me, given that the device is supposed to be water-resistant according to the IP** certification standards.
Additionally, authorized service centre personnel physically damaged the watch which is now useless for me.
