I have taken an extended warranty for my Split AC of Amazon basics that is been accepted to be serviced out of warranty period by Oneassist Consumer Solutions Pvt. Ltd. however when there was a fault in my machine they suggested that the same was caused due to connecting copper pipes that are not under the Extended warranty hence it would be payable but the gas chanrge would be free of charge from One Assist hence, i agreed with the same. Once this was communicated to the technician who had come to service he disagreed and did not do the work and refused to service. post which now the company has sent me a mail stating that gas charge will not be covered after their confirmation that this would be free. when I was sold this extended warranty this was not communicated and it is not present in the App that Oneassist has provided. I am facing a mental trauma because of this issue. I would provide with all documents that was provided to me and the screenshots that the one assist agent has confirmed that there will be no charge taken from me. Please help me in getting the same resolved with appropriate compensation for the mental distress caused to me.
