I had ordered Lenovo K* power mobile from Snapdeal app on May *, ****. I received a defective product.Mobile was not able to receive the signal properly. Signal strength used to get reduced to * all of a sudden and never came back until it was restarted again. Hence, I decided to initiate the return process. After that I received irrelevant and illogical reply from Snapdeal( i.e asking to clear ram , use original charger...). There was no reply from their side for next mail. I tried contacting snapdeal through mail and over phone, it did not help. In their app, they claim the customer support is **/* but i did not experience that.They don't have proper channel that facilitates the customer to directly contact the help desk executives.
Disappointed with this, I registered a complaint with National consumer forum. The complaint no is ******. After this I received an instant call from Snapdeal !! In that call they agreed that I might have received a defective product and agreed for replacement. I mailed the pickup address with Snapdeal as requested over phone and email. The same was reflected in app and assured pickup by **/**/****.
After sometime, again I received a mail from Snapdeal asking me to go the nearest Service center and get the product repaired by myself. Again this was conveyed to me by them over phone and I was forced to agree to their decision.
My further mails did not help in getting the issue resolved. No reply as usual!!!!!
Lenovo service centre declined to give any certificate to prove that the mobile is defective, but even they found that mobile was having some network issues (they checked with their sims). Also they stated that Snapdeal is not their official partner.
First they agreed for the replacement of the product and assured pick up of the defective product from my address and later they are asking me go to service centre.!!!!!!!!
Hope my issued is resolved.
