I have bought a Lenovo laptop last year for my college work. The model was Lenovo Legion Y*** **IRH. Just after * months of light usage the laptop showed a blue screen and completely died. It has been on repair for four times consecutively in these past * months and the issue has still not been resolved. The laptop is still not turning on and I have a month left for the warranty period to end. On contacting the Lenovo customer service, nobody gave a response to my problem. They have been tossing me around by asking me to call different numbers of their customer service most of which didn't even respond. It has caused my family a lot of distress and mental strain as the laptop was expensive and it was bought with their hard earned money. It has wasted a lot of our money and time for repairing the laptop which didn't even serve the purpose for my academic work as I haven't been able to use it in these past * months.
