I would like to bring to your attention, with reference to the laptop purchased from Croma Online (Order ID: SLE***EC*******, S***-**IIL Laptop (idea pad) - Type **VV, Serial No: MP*SBWYC) in July ****, which is under Warranty
Start Date: ****-**-** Days Remaining: *** Status: Active End Date: ****-**-**
The supplied Laptop have been having Camera issues since September ****, with the *st service call attended by your Service Vendor (CMS) since **/**/****, the issue never resolved completely. Your Service Vendor (CMS) had replace all the components (Camera Function board, EDP Cable, Camera ETC) yet the problem never got resolved, then I was recommended to take it directly to Lenovo Service center which I am doing from **/**/****, again they did service and gave laptop back assuring that the problem, has been fixed, ye the issue cropped back within ** day and have to hand back on **/**/**** with assurance the if this problem comes again they will replace the product by Mr. Satya - Service manager @ Ashok Nagar Service Center , Chennai.
With this assurance, I expected the product to function normally, but unfortunately to my utter disappointment the issue cropped up again on **/**/**** and was forced to return to service center, and reminded their promise of replacement. This promise is not being honored now, just telling me they will just service no replacement for no fault of mine in getting FAULTY product with POOR QC.
I have already launched * service calls on this issue, with no resolution to the problem either by your service partner (CMS) or by your service center, with an assurance that was earlier given at your service center, I like to get the product replace with better one or expect complete refund of my money spent in buying this defective QC Laptop and with compensation of *L INR for causing me mental agony and loss to my productive work.
