I bought an AC from Amazon.in, the package arrived damaged and the same was conveyed to Amazon.in but they denied to replace or return the package and asked me to get it to install. After installation, the technician raised the job card with a defect in AC. Now the Amazon is not giving me the charges of civil wall repairment which I beard after the uninstallation of the AC, though they have given me the mail to reimburse the amount. Now they are denying. I have those words in written mail in which they clearly mentioned to give the civil charges.
