I had purchased a LG Convection Microwave from ezone phoenix mall, Lucknow vide Invoice dated **/**/**** – Buyers Order No.**********.
On the second day of purchase itself, the Microwave started giving trouble of giving sparks on the door of system and a complaint was lodged immediately. The complete Microwave system was taken by their representative for repairs which was returned to us after about a month after repairs. Although we had insisted for replacement of Microwave System, but it was repaired with the assurance that it will not give trouble further.
Now again the Microwave System has started giving following trouble for the last one week.
(*) It’s buttons for setting time are not functioning properly.
(*) The Glass plate inside the Microwave System produces a lot of noise while moving.
I have lodged the complaint with ezone at their customer care number and our complaint has been lodged. The complaint number provided to us is EZ***********.
Since the Microwave System is giving trouble from the very beginning, we are requesting for replacement of set but we have been told that replacement request can not be considered because we have now shifted to Greater Noida from Lucknow. Although we have been assured of repairs but till today nobody has visited.
We request you to kindly take up the matter with ezone and arrange for replacement of our Microwave System. A scanned copy of Invoice is being attached.
