I purchased noise shots neo earbuds from Amazon on *th Oct **. The Amazon window for returning or exchanging the product was closed on ** Oct **. The charging box was defective as it was not smooth on opening or closing. So I registered my complaint on the Noise portal with ticket number ******. They generated a pickup but it was informed by them that they will not provide a brand new product in replacement. They will just try to sort it out. The product was picked up on **th Oct. I received the product back on **th Oct. They replaced the charging box but what I got was another used charging box and used cable wire. I registered another complaint with a new ticket number ****** on **th Oct **. They again picked up the product and delivered it back to me on *nd December **. The product was again replaced but with scratches on charging box and used earbuds.
They don't even provide helpline number for call.
