Hi Team, I have purchased two *.* ton of AC on the month of May this year. Suddenly from **/**/**** it stopped working. I have raised * incidents from last one month and everytime they come and repair and it work for a day of four and stop. Lastly last week they had taken back both outdoor and indoor and repsired and now after working for a week it again stopped cooling. During this whole journey of repair their repair eng damaged the ac making scratches which one of their supervisor agreed and we had a call recording, when asked to replace the ac they denied stating it cant be done and you have to continue using service like this. Being a consumer and having rights I'm asking for something which I paid for . So please initiate my replacement or else refund the amount I will get another AC from different company who can provide something better.
