I tried to recharge my mother's mobile on **th November, From the airtel app through UPI. The UPI transaction was successful and the money was deducted but, I got a message from Airtel saying that the order request failed and if the money has been deducted, I'll receive them in *-** working days. I did not receive the money in the timeframe they mentioned so I tried calling their customer care numbers, *** and *** but they do not connect to customer service at all, no matter which number I pressed. I also emailed them ombudsperson@bharti.in

And I haven't heard any response from any of these channels despite chasing them multiple times. I reached out to UPI they said the transaction was successful from their end and try reaching out to airtel. So I am not sure what else I can do to resolve this. Please suggest/help?
