I ordered a Mobile phone Redmi Note * Pro from amazon.In and the seller details were provided as Hardik Enterprises were in i got the package from a different vendor called Creative Marketing, with the address : E** Kuwarsingh Nagar Nangloi, Delhi, NEW DELHI, ****** India. the item which was delivered to me was a different model and was completely damaged, upon multiple requests Amaozn asked denied to take my complaint and asked me to self return the item to the shipped address which i did and the parcel got returned twice stating that its a fake address, now amazon is not taking any responsibility of the damaged item which was delivered to me neither they are refunding the amount to me, i am herewith attaching the order summary stating the seller details and also the invoice copy on which the shipping address is mentioned and also the Courier receipts through which i have sent the item twice and which was returned.
